Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Pound Cake

To add more chocolate goodness you can add a little frosting to it also. Yum!

Chocolate Chip Sour Cream Pound Cake
  • 1 (18.25 oz.) yellow butter cake mix
  • 1 box (6 oz.) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • ¼ cup water
  • ½ cup oil
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • Confectioners sugar for dusting, optional
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat bundt pan with cooking spray (Pam).
  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix together without over mixing.
  3. Fold in your favorite chocolate chips. Pour into pan.
  4. Bake for 50 to 60 minutes.
  5. Cool in pan for 10 to 15 minutes and remove. Place on wire rack to cool.
  6. Dust with sugar.
